Job summary

PG&E's Clean Energy Transportation group seeks an EV Advisor to guide customers through transportation electrification journeys. You will be a key contact for commercial customers, coordinating with BES, Service Planning, and IT while supporting site selection, fleet planning, and rate decisions.

The hybrid role requires organization, TE expertise, and a customer-centric mindset, with travel across PG&E's service area to engage stakeholders. Bay Area salary ranges apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 8+ years of industry related experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Travel 3-5 days per month, frequent driving.

Responsibilities

• Implement PG&E's acquisition strategy and generate leads for EVAS.
• Develop an understanding of TE decision making and tailor presentations to customer scenarios.
• Help develop and refine customer facing resources and tools.
• Research and communicate emerging regulatory issues (e.g., CARB vehicle regulations).
• Ensure timely data entry and documentation across Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI.
• Foster collaboration across stakeholders and drive transparency.
• Resolve issues related to program, customer satisfaction, and internal coordination.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in end-to-end journey.
