Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an EUX - Associate Engineer to provide first-level technical support for Managed Services clients. The role includes troubleshooting by phone and remote assistance, maintaining knowledge bases, and documenting incidents. The position is full-time and hybrid, with compensation of $21–$25 per hour.

You will handle ticket triage, communicate status, and work with vendors as needed. Strong multitasking and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Service Desk Experience.
• 2-3 years MSP Service Desk familiarity is a plus.
• Experience providing technical assistance over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Resolve problems reported to the service desk by phone or web tickets.
• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Update and maintain Help Desk Documentation and knowledgebase articles.
• Acknowledge and work on incoming Help Desk web tickets by the SLA.
• Configure/image desktops or laptops as needed.
• Regular, predictable attendance.
