Job summary

Virtue Construction and Design, LLC is seeking a reliable candidate to assemble remodeling estimates, deliver excellent customer service, coordinate service calls, and manage projects on site. The role requires reading floor plans, performing take-offs, and potentially multi-project oversight under a GC.

This is a hybrid position with some onsite work at Fort Lauderdale project sites. The ideal candidate will be experienced with construction estimates, punctual, clean-cut, bilingual, and able to

Qualifications

• Experience with construction estimates.
• Ability to read floor plans and perform take-offs.
• Oversee project from start to finish under GC guidance.
• Bilingual capability (e.g., English/Spanish).
• Willingness to work hybrid: some remote, some onsite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare remodeling estimates and cost analyses.
• Coordinate service calls and client communications.
• Manage remodeling projects on site and ensure timely completion.
• Read blueprints/floor plans and perform material take-offs.
• Flexible with weekend/night work when projects demand.
