Job summary

Virtue Construction and Design, LLC is seeking a reliable candidate to assemble remodeling estimates, deliver excellent customer service, coordinate service calls, and manage projects on site. Job description

Virtue Construction and Design, LLC specializes in mostly commercial work, with occasional larger residential remodels. Customer service is of the utmost importance. We pride ourselves in being honest with our clients, and going above and beyond what is expected of us.

We are looking for a reliable and motivate individual that can put together remodeling estimates, provide excellent customer service, coordinate service calls, and also manage the remodeling projects on site. The position is dynamic and will require flexibility.

Individual should be experienced with construction estimates. Must know how to read floor plans and perform take-offs. May be involved with multiple projects simultaneously, under the direction of a GC. This person will oversee the project from start to finish. Individual must be punctual, clean-cut, and bilingual. Should be able to "get their hands dirty" and perform physical labor when needed (not typically required). Some weekend and night-time work may be required, as projects may sometimes be executed afterhours. Must have a desire to grow within the company and problem-solve. This is for a hybrid position where some work can be done remotely and some will be onsite at the project location.

• Person applying for the positions must pass a drug-test and have a clean background and driving record. Pay-rate will be based upon experience level.
