Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in construction, estimating, cost engineering, project management, or design engineering.
• 2+ years in semiconductor or related high-tech industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage estimating services on assigned projects across a broad portfolio.
• Review, validate, and align cost estimates with stakeholders and standards.
• Prepare presentations for executive management and key stakeholders.
• Manage third‑party estimating firms and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement estimating plans, policies, and risk assessments.
