Job summary

Intel in Ohio, including New Albany, is seeking an Estimating Controls Manager to lead cost estimating for regional capital projects within Technology Development and Foundry Construction. The role requires policy leadership, risk assessment, and collaboration across business units in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (4 days onsite).

You will oversee third‑party firms, develop detailed estimating plans, and communicate estimates to executives while upholding internal standards and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in construction, estimating, cost engineering, project management, or design engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Semiconductor, Petro-Chemical, Refineries, or other Heavy Industrial/high-tech sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support estimating services on assigned construction projects, including milestone estimates for each phase.
• Lead and manage estimating scope and cost across a broad portfolio to support manufacturing delivery.
• Review and validate estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop estimating plans and align cost initiatives with stakeholders.
• Travel as needed to support project initiatives and field validations.
