BCG Attorney Search in Tucson, AZ seeks an Estates, Trusts, and Probate Attorney to lead the estates practice while managing a family law caseload in a hybrid work setting.

You will design intake criteria, fee structures, and workflows; mentor paralegals; advise clients on major decisions; collaborate with firm leadership on marketing; travel for court appearances in Arizona.

JD required with an active Arizona Bar; experience in estates, trusts, probate or guardianship; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience in estates, trusts, probate, or guardianship matters.
• Family law experience or willingness to manage a family law caseload.
• Excellent drafting skills for trust and estate documents.
• Self-directed with the ability to develop new practice areas.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances in Arizona.
