CBL Legal Talent is seeking a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal for our offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C. This full-time, permanent, hybrid role handles all phases of estate and trust administration for diverse clients.

Requirements include 3–4 years’ experience, a college degree and/or paralegal certificate; JD/paralegal candidates considered. Proficiency with ONESOURCE/Fast Tax, HotDocs, and MS Word is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in estate and trust administration.
• Experience with probate and fiduciary accounting recommended.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate.
• Coordinate with clients, financial planners and accountants.
• Prepare federal estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings; assist with asset distributions.
• Perform deed work and related tasks as needed.
