Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive ERP utilization across North American plants, focusing on planning, scheduling, and purchasing. You will train Schedulers and Buyers, optimize inventory and MOQs, and lead cross-functional projects with measurable improvements. Travel up to 30% is required.

The role is based in a hybrid model with onsite at designated locations and potential global scope. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in supply chain are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years in a Supply Chain role with ERP experience in planning, scheduling, purchasing.
• Strong background in production planning, scheduling, inventory management and supplier performance.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30% and work across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and problem-solving initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and purchasing.
• Drive ERP usage consistency and adherence to standard processes across sites.
• Identify gaps, data misalignment, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop standard work to improve forecast-driven planning, scheduling, and inventory turns.
• Partner with site teams to optimize inventory, MOQs, and material readiness.
• Monitor KPIs on planning accuracy, inventory health, and on-time delivery.
• Support supplier on-time delivery and lead time improvements.
• Collaborate with sourcing to align ERP parameters with supplier agreements.
• Travel to plants to train, coach, and support schedulers and buyers.
• Develop training materials, standard work, and best practices.
