Job summary

iRely is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to lead ERP/CTRM implementations in the US. You will act as a trusted advisor, configuring and integrating the iRely Store Suite to meet client needs, with a mix of on-site and remote collaboration.

The role requires 3–5 years of ERP/SaaS implementation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Hybrid work schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years ERP/SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience with Accounting and Financial systems (AR/AP/GL).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with customers.
• Support implementation from Sales handover to go-live.
• Deliver training and ensure software adoption.
• Provide on-site and remote support during go-lives.
