The RA will support coverage within the consumer staples sector and collaborate with a senior analyst to assess brand strength, pricing power, and market dynamics across related consumer subsectors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment or equity research.
• Experience using data tools to screen, rank, and analyze large stock universes.
• Experience analyzing consumer staples or related consumer sectors is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industry and comparative valuation models for consumer staples.
• Build and maintain company financial models focusing on revenue growth, margins, and cash flow.
• Assess category growth, brand strength, pricing power, and market dynamics.
• Analyze company results, industry data, consumer spending, and related datasets to evaluate fundamentals.
• Perform due diligence across global consumer staples and identify opportunities and risks.
• Execute analytical projects leveraging alternative data and AI under time constraints.
• Stay informed on company, industry, macroeconomic, and consumer developments affecting the sector.
• Contribute to idea generation for long and short investment opportunities.
