Job summary

Wellington Management seeks an Equity Research Associate to join the Global Industry Research Healthcare Team. The RA will support coverage of the biopharma universe, working with a senior analyst across U.S. and European firms.

Ideal candidates are curious, data-driven, and able to synthesize scientific and financial information to inform investment decisions, including AI-driven research enhancements and pipeline valuation.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to analyze clinical and financial data.
• Experience evaluating drug pipelines and clinical probability of success.
• Familiarity with bioscience data, industry datasets, and market data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industry and comparative valuation models for pharma/biotech.
• Build and update company financial models focused on pipelines and drug forecasting.
• Assess clinical success probabilities and integrate into investment frameworks.
• Analyze clinical/regulatory data and market datasets to evaluate fundamentals.
