Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an Environmental Remediation Scientist / Project Manager for its NYC office. The role focuses on Phase I/II ESA, site investigation, remediation, and strong project management.

Hybrid schedule: 2 days remote / 3 days in the NYC office. The candidate should have extensive remediation experience and familiarity with NY regulatory agencies to guide client projects effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of environmental consulting/remediation experience.
• Strong Phase I/II ESA and subsurface investigation experience.
• Experience with NY environmental regulations and regulatory agencies preferred.
• Strong technical writing and project management skills.
• NYC-area experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental remediation and site investigation projects.
• Perform and oversee Phase I/II ESAs, sampling, subsurface investigations, and remediation activities.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, agencies, and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
