Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office procedures and organizational ability.
• Knowledge of water permits program environmental laws, regulations and agency policies and the ability to interpret and understand these laws and regulations.
• Proficient skills in word processing, computer data entry and database management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of evaluating and tracking water program data to analyze and evaluate data for compliance with water permits, regulations and laws.
• Identify violations and determine appropriate point assessment and formal compliance actions as necessary.
• Operate and maintain the CEDS database for compliance determinations and ensure data accuracy for assigned programs.
• Assist as applicable as the assistant e-DMR Regional Administrator.
