• Ability to gather and analyze data

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of evaluating and tracking water program data submitted for compliance with permits, regulations and laws
• Identify violations and determine appropriate point assessment and formal compliance actions as needed
• Provide consistent and timely responses for violations of environmental laws and regulations
• Operate and maintain the CEDS database for compliance determinations and ensure data accuracy
• Assist as the assistant e-DMR Regional Administrator where applicable
