Job summary

Clicklease is seeking a Sales Development Representative at our Draper, Utah office in a hybrid role. You’ll be on the front end of the sales process, initiating conversations with prospective partners and building a robust pipeline for Account Executives.

No prior sales experience is required; we’ll teach you our systems, product, and processes. If you’re energetic and coachable with a results-driven mindset, you’ll have the chance to grow quickly in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing environment.
• Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, or social engagement channels.
• Experience using CRM software in a professional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work onsite in Draper, Utah four days per week.
• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect potential partners and customers through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach strategies.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established partnership and business criteria.
• Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives to support pipeline growth objectives.
• Maintain proactive follow-up communication with prospects across multiple communication channels.
• Accurately document prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
• Communicate Clicklease’s value proposition effectively to prospective customers and partners.
