Alterra Mountain Company in Denver, CO, is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Enterprise Systems Operations team. You will manage enterprise platforms including server, storage and identity/access management, with a focus on virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure.

From VMware vSphere and Nutanix to Citrix and Active Directory, you will deliver IT service management, ensure availability, DR readiness and project delivery for resort and enterprise stakeholders.

Formación

• Advanced virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with AD and Entra ID administration.
• Familiarity with enterprise app server deployment and support.
• Knowledge of Citrix and application delivery technologies.
• Strong Windows Server administration and scripting skills.
• IT operations experience with incident and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Administer VMware/vCenter and Nutanix environments, build VMs, monitor capacity.
• Deploy and monitor server infrastructure for key business applications.
• Provide production support across virtualization, identity, and applications.
• Monitor ticket queues, triage requests, and resolve incidents per SLA.
• Lead domain consolidation workstreams and update documentation.
• Submit and track change requests via ITSM processes.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues for resort IT teams.
• Apply security standards and harden configurations.
