Job summary

Tri-Force Consulting Services is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Solution Architect - Utility Accounting SME for City of Philadelphia. The role steers accounting processes during CIS implementation for the Water Revenue Bureau, covering billing, payments, AR, GL, and financial reporting.

The candidate will design future-state workflows, validate configurations, and ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards, supporting data conversion and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Basis2 accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of water utility billing & revenue accounting.
• Experience translating business requirements into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Accounting SME for the CIS implementation.
• Validate current and future-state billing, revenue, AR, and GL processes.
• Review requirements, design docs, and configuration workbooks for compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, IT, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Support data conversion, testing, training, and cutover activities.
