Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior CIS solution architect to lead end-to-end CIS design and integration across multiple utilities domains. You will own data migration, rate configurations, and testing strategies while guiding a team of consultants through design, build, test and deployment.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in CIS consulting, deep experience with SAP IS-U or Oracle CC&B, and a track record delivering complex rate structures and data migrations for electric, gas, or water utilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CIS consulting or utility technology
• Experience leading CIS solution architecture or functional delivery teams
• Hands-on configuration in SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities or Oracle CC&B / CCS

Responsibilities

• Own CIS solution blueprint and data migration strategy
• Define bill calculation architecture and rate configurations
• Lead workshops across Ops, Revenue Mgmt, IT, Regulatory Affairs
• Govern configuration standards and peer reviews
• Architect CIS integrations (OMS, GIS, IVR, payment processing)
• Lead a team of CIS consultants through design/build/test/deploy
• Design training materials for CSRs and billing staff
• Support CIS business development and capture activities
