Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design, operations, troubleshooting, and administration of enterprise Cisco or Aruba networks.
• Proficient in configuring and managing Cisco or Aruba infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of network test/diagnostic equipment and Layer 2 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve critical network performance issues.
• Provide updates to management on outages and incidents.
• Enforce policies to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Maintain documentation in help desk systems and handle daily voice/data operations.
