Job summary

Hydrafacial seeks a Sr Data Architect to own the enterprise data architecture and governance across Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, and ERP/CRM integrations. You will define data models, standards, and roadmaps, guiding data engineering, BI, and business systems teams to align with long-term platform strategy.

You will lead architecture reviews, mentor teams, and develop architectural documentation while ensuring secure, scalable data delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platform roles.
• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics architectures.
• Deep expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, dimensional).
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred; AWS/Azure/GCP acceptable).
• Experience with data integration patterns across ERP/CRM/SaaS systems.
• Experience with BI semantic layers such as Power BI datasets.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture blueprint across domains.
• Establish and govern architecture standards for Snowflake, dbt, and integration layers.
• Design scalable architecture patterns for analytics and BI consumption.
• Lead the enterprise data platform roadmap and architectural evolution.
• Define enterprise-wide data models and canonical definitions for key entities and metrics.
• Standardize dimensional modeling (facts, dimensions, data marts) for reporting and analytics.
• Define integration architecture across ERP, CRM, APIs, and SaaS.
