Hydrafacial is seeking a Sr Data Architect to own architectural standards, data models, and governance across our data ecosystem. You will guide data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption while partnering with data engineering, BI, and business systems teams to align with long-term platform strategy.

You will define enterprise-wide models and canonical definitions for metrics, and establish standards for BI semantic layers and data governance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in data architecture/engineering/enterprise data platform roles.
• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics architectures.
• Deep expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, dimensional).
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred; AWS/Azure/GCP acceptable).
• Experience with dbt and BI semantic layers (Power BI).
• Experience in data integration across ERP/CRM/SaaS systems.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata, and lineage.
