Job summary

Brooksource seeks an API Developer with strong Python and AWS expertise to expand an enterprise API platform supporting Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role involves designing, building, and supporting scalable APIs and reusable services across multiple applications, including Workday Finance integrations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement CI/CD, and apply modern DevOps practices, cloud-native architecture, and observability to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience and API design
• Experience building RESTful APIs and integrations
• Hands-on AWS and cloud-native app development
• IaC and CI/CD practice experience
• Familiarity with serverless and event-driven architectures (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable API solutions using Python and AWS
• Enhance and extend the existing API framework and platform capabilities
