Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering background preferred.
• PMI PMP or PDMA NPDP certification preferred.
• 6+ years in new product implementation.
• 4+ years leading teams in direct or matrix environment.
• Experience with in-house and OEM/ODM/JDM projects; wireless systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead upfront work and collaborate with all departments to approve, plan, staff, and set up new concepts and projects.
• Drive development, planning, and closure of all efforts in project execution, including internal and external dependencies.
• Assess and monitor risk in budgets, schedules, costs, and quality; communicate risks to stakeholders and guide decisions toward adherence.
• Ensure compliance with the new product development process and report progress to governance bodies with status reports.
• Maintain relationships with outside partners (design firms, co-development partners, vendors) to achieve project goals.
• Review projects post-completion, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements to processes.
