Job summary

Novartis is seeking an AD, Engine Delivery Lead in the East Hanover, NJ area to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning business, technology, data, and organizational change. Qualifications

6+ years of program/project delivery, transformation execution, PMO, or cross-functional initiative management.
Experience in pharma/healthcare or regulated delivery environments.
Ability to build and maintain integrated plans with risks, release plans, and dependency logs.
Strong written, analytical, and facilitation skills for decision making.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
Translate objectives into executable workstreams with ownership and commitments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment and execution.
Lead delivery governance forums and provide updates to leadership.
Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and capacity to address challenges.
Drive follow-through across business, data, technology, finance, and partners.
Facilitate transitions across discovery, design, build, validation, and deployment.
