Job summary

ISO New England Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal to manage the Company’s Tariff using specialized software, assist attorneys with regulatory tariff filings, and provide paralegal support through legal research and the tracking of energy industry matters.

You will receive hands-on training from the Company’s tariff coordinator and other experienced staff. This role offers the chance to build expertise in the energy industry, with strong attention to detail and a process-driven

Qualifications

Paralegal with 1+ year of experience in a law firm, governmental agency or corporate legal department.
Strong Excel skills and experience with online project tracking tools.
Excellent written and oral communication and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude about new tasks and responsibilities.
Knowledge of the energy industry and regulatory practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

Learn tariff administration process and track updates using tariff software and work with attorneys.
Manage software-based filing submissions to FERC and other agencies with attorneys and staff.
Assist with legal research on tariff issues using various tools and growing tariff knowledge.
Draft documents for attorneys.
