Job summary

Trane Technologies in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Project Developer to support design-build turnkey and energy performance contracting projects, including scope development, cost estimating, and energy savings validation.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and customers, strong acquisition and project-management skills, and occasional travel to advance opportunities. A four-year degree and ESCO experience are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field or Business.
• Experience with cost and savings studies for ECM.
• Knowledge of energy rebate programs, utility tariffs and bill analysis.
• Ability to audit and improve mechanical/building systems.
• Understanding of construction methods and ability to direct subcontractors for proposals.
• Project Management and ESCO/Performance Contracting experience.
• Knowledge of basic engineering, electricity, HVAC systems and building construction.
• Proficiency in Visio/AutoCAD; familiarity with energy simulation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC systems and solutions integrating Trane equipment and other leading HVAC systems.
• Assist in developing project installation budgets and RFQ documentation.
• Provide technical support in pursuit of Trane business on strategic opportunities.
• Manage design through construction documents and site plans.
• Validate and improve Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes.
