DNV Energy Systems seeks a Business Energy Efficiency Engineer to join our Albuquerque NM or Phoenix AZ team, supporting PNM BEEP programs. You’ll conduct site audits, identify energy-saving opportunities, and advise customers on HVAC, lighting, and building envelope upgrades while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience conducting building energy audits and advising on improvements.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze energy data.

Responsibilities

• Perform site audits and assessments to verify equipment and operating conditions.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency upgrades in lighting, HVAC, and envelopes.
• Develop technical and financial analyses for program applicants.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in understandable terms.
• Prepare reports and support program implementation with stakeholders.
