P3 Health Partners, Inc. is seeking an EMR Analyst I to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of athenaNet EMR systems with a focus on day-to-day configuration, troubleshooting, and data integrity.

The role collaborates with clinic management to align EMR with workflows and training needs. The Hybrid schedule requires in-office presence three days per week in Henderson, NV, with a pay range of $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in healthcare, computer science, or business.
• 1+ years basic understanding of EMR systems.
• 3+ years of IS related support experience.
• Experience with athenaNet Administration.
• Experience clinical workflow and SaaS/cloud based applications.

Responsibilities

• System Support & Troubleshooting — Provide first-level support for EMR issues, including user access, workflow errors, and system functionality concerns.
• Configuration & Maintenance — Assist in configuring templates, forms, user roles, and system settings under guidance.
• User Training & Documentation — Create training materials, conduct basic sessions, and document processes or updates.
• Data Quality & Integrity — Monitor data accuracy and correct inconsistencies.
• Workflow Optimization — Assess workflows and suggest improvements to efficiency and UX.
• Testing & Upgrades — Assist with testing, validation, and go-live support during upgrades and patches.
• Compliance & Security — Ensure EMR usage aligns with HIPAA and security standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with clinical, IT, and administrative teams on EMR initiatives.
• Bridge clinical needs and software functionality.
• Administration and configuration changes on athenaNet (Revenue Cycle and Clinicals).
• Support and maintain auxiliary clinical applications integrated with athenaNet.
