Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience in wage & hour and class actions preferred.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle wage & hour class action and PAGA litigation.
• Defend single-plaintiff employment cases.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and case strategy.
• Work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated matters.
