Job summary

A nationally recognized law firm in San Francisco is seeking an experienced employment litigator with over 5 years of experience and active California Bar admission. You will handle substantive litigation matters, draft legal documents, and advise clients directly. This role offers a mix of litigation and strategic advisory work, with at least 3 days a week required on-site. Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court.
• Strong employment litigation experience required.
• Experience with discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, or related employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle substantive employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, and substantive briefs.
• Manage key litigation workstreams with increasing independence.
