Responsibilities

• Represent employers in state and federal employment litigation, admin proceedings, and arbitration.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; conduct witness interviews.
• Take and defend depositions; assist with trial and hearing preparation.
• Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on compliance and risk.
