UofL Health is seeking a Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator to support system-wide improvement initiatives across the facility and clinical service lines. You will lead EBPs and use data to drive performance improvements in patient outcomes, safety, and service measures.

The role emphasizes accreditation readiness and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and lab personnel to leverage data for regulatory and research purposes within a hospital setting in Louisville, KY.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or biological sciences is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in quality improvement principles, performance improvement methodology, project/data management and research is preferred.
• Clinical knowledge and expertise in a clinical service line specialty is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead facility-based evidence-based Practice (EBP) Clinical Effectiveness teams using standard practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Utilize trending quality data to identify, design, plan and implement performance improvements in quality, safety and service measures.
• Assist in maintaining readiness for accreditation and regulatory preparation, including disease-specific certification support.
• Collect, assemble and maintain information needed by QA departments.
• Assist physicians, nurses, and laboratory personnel in using data for research, regulatory, and accreditation purposes.
