Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Financial Worker/Eligibility Specialist for Minnesota programs (SNAP, MFIP/GA/MSA, Medical Assistance, Child Care).
• Recent Dakota County EEA retiree within 12 months accepted.
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with Dakota County residents to assess needs and determine financial assistance program eligibility.
• Reassess clients' needs and eligibility criteria to determine continued program eligibility and well-being.
