Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year in Greenwood, SC. This full-time itinerant elementary position offers hybrid work options, with paid administrative time for team meetings and documentation, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care to students.

You will deliver direct speech and language services across multiple school sites, conduct evaluations, manage individualized caseloads, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility to obtain.
• Completion of state-required background checks and fingerprinting before starting.
• Demonstrated strengths in communication, organization, and collaboration.
• Experience in pediatrics, healthcare, CCC, school-based, or CFY settings valued.
• Familiarity with teletherapy and hybrid service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students across various school locations.
• Perform evaluations and manage individualized caseloads.
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and handle administrative documentation (with paid indirect hours).
• Coordinate and optimize itinerant schedules to meet students’ needs efficiently.
