Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership experience in financial services or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of payment operations, ACH, wires, debits/credits, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Electronic Payments Specialists and support the Payment Services Manager.
• Coordinate workflows for debit, credit, prepaid cards, ACH, wires, and check processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
