Formación

• TIG welding with concrete testing experience.
• Willing to relocate to Albuquerque, NM or consider remote work.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort with owning the middle of a hybrid project.
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical communication abilities.
• People management experience in hybrid settings.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for tasks.
• Track metrics and report findings to manager weekly.
• Translate mid-level objectives into concrete day-to-day steps.
• Guard Mayo Clinic customer experience through every Revit change.
• Respond to internal and external requests promptly.
• Maintain focus on Albuquerque work after launch.
