Job summary

Unity Staffing Services, LLC in West Chester, PA, is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a full-time hybrid role to design electrical infrastructure, lighting, and power distribution for commercial and industrial projects. The candidate will perform load calculations, ensure NEC compliance, produce drawings with AutoCAD/Revit, and coordinate with MEP disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

A BSEE and 3+ years of building electrical experience are required; EIT/PE preferred; salary $80k-$130k

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
• 3+ years designing building electrical systems.
• Experience with power distribution and lighting systems.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical design calculations.
• Ability to produce drawings, schematics, schedules and specs.
• Coordination with HVAC/mechanical, architectural and structural disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform load calculations, fault current studies, and voltage drop analyses.
• Design and engineer power distribution, lighting, and control systems for projects.
• Ensure NEC and local codes compliance through all project phases.
• Produce electrical drawings, schematics, and schedules using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Review contractor submittals and site observations for compliance.
• Coordinate technical efforts with cross-disciplinary teams.
