Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Engineer – Electric Distribution in Madison, WI to join our Electric Programs team. This role blends hands-on engineering with project management growth.

You will design and deliver electric distribution projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop leadership skills under experienced PMs.

This hybrid role offers mentorship, a clear progression toward a Project Manager position, and opportunities across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Civil/Structural may be considered)
• Experience supporting electric distribution systems (overhead/underground)
• Strong technical foundations and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with engineers, designers, stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee electric distribution design and engineering work (overhead/underground)
• Lead QC reviews for pre- and post-construction design packages
• Prepare technical analyses and design documents for accuracy and constructability
• Provide guidance to Design Engineers, Designers, and Drafters
