Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Associate Manager, Training Administrator in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid, 06+ month contract.

The role administers the enterprise EHS training program, builds the training matrix, and collaborates with SMEs and instructional designers to align content with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of EHS training experience, LMS proficiency, and strong project management, analytical, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years administering compliance or EHS training programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory training.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience managing training records in a regulated environment.
• Experience developing interactive training content for in-person and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise administrator for the EHS training program.
• Maintain the corporate EHS training matrix for all roles and locations.
• Coordinate content with SMEs, regulatory specialists, and instructional designers.
• Ensure training aligns with federal, state, local and company requirements.
• Assign required training via the LMS to employees.
• Monitor completion rates and follow up with managers to ensure compliance.
• Maintain training records for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Track initial, recurring, annual and refresher training requirements.
• Support creation of dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership.
• Audit training records for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage training version control and document retention.
• Coordinate training requirements for new equipment/processes/facilities/regulatory updates.
• Improve training processes, workflows, and system utilization.
• Serve as primary administrator for EHS training systems and technologies.
• Support audits by providing trainee qualifications and materials.
