Location is hybrid with local NYC, Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on program setup, ongoing oversight of member touchpoints, and monitoring performance against CMS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support EGWP program setup, implementation and go-live readiness across internal functions including enrollment, claims processing, member services, and member communications.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance, operational KPIs and CMS compliance metrics for enrollment, member services, and member communications.
• Assist with issue resolution and corrective actions.
