Job summary

City of Hope Beckman Research Institute seeks an Education Program Manager for the Cherng Family Center for Integrative Oncology. You will lead program operations, implement strategic priorities, and ensure measurable outcomes across fellowship, internships, patient and community education, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in education, training, healthcare, or community programs.
• Experience with program planning, implementation, outcome tracking, and process improvement.
• Experience collaborating with clinical, research, administrative, marketing and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Center leadership to develop and oversee strategic education initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day management of education programs including operations and budgets.
• Direct the Integrative Oncology Fellowship and Internship Programs.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate education and training programs for physicians, nurses, APPs, trainees, and other professionals.
• Plan and execute educational events, grand rounds, conferences, and professional development activities.
• Develop evidence-based education resources for patients, caregivers, and community audiences.
• Monitor program performance using metrics and learner feedback and provide improvement recommendations.
• Manage educational communications, contracts, and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
