Job summary

Apex Technical School, part of The Fedcap Group, seeks a dynamic Chief Operating Officer & Vice President, Administration to lead day-to-day operations across campuses and drive growth, modernization, and student success.

Reporting to the President, the role oversees enrollment management, student services, accreditation, technology, finance, facilities, and human resources, partnering with academic leadership to strengthen operational performance and expand programs in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience within an accredited post-secondary vocational, technical, or workforce-focused educational institution.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex school operations including enrollment, student services, compliance, finance, HR, and instructional support.
• Extensive knowledge of accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and post-secondary education administration.
• Proven success leading organizational growth, modernization initiatives, or institutional expansion.
• Experience implementing or modernizing SIS, enrollment management platforms, CRM systems, or LMS.

• Lead day-to-day operations across campuses with alignment to goals and regulatory requirements.
