Job summary

Polarits is seeking a RegOps Java Lead Developer for a hybrid role at the Metro Park Office in NJ (Edison area). The contract starts at six months with conversion to full-time after six months, aimed at a foreign bank.

You will interact with operations, compliance, risk and IT to deliver regulatory reporting and operational capabilities using modern tech and data architectures. The role requires 10+ years of core Java server development, strong knowledge of XML, Spring and Camel, and experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of core Java server development experience.
• Strong knowledge of XML, Spring and Camel Framework.
• Proficient in messaging queues (Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ) and integration with enterprise systems.
• Proficient in SQL, and experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, Sybase, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Agile, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube).
• Proven track record of leading small-to-medium teams, mentoring developers, and delivering results.
