Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of related experience in Edwards criteria or similar.
• Experience supporting EDI transactions and electronic order intake in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for electronic customer ordering and EDI connectivity.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales Operations, IT, GHX, and hospital trading partners to improve order automation.
• Develop functional business requirements and map transaction flows for EDI/GHX enhancements.
• Test and validate processes to ensure adherence to functional requirements and data integrity.
