This entry-level role focuses on auditing and testing digital experiences on sonos.com before publication, coordinating user acceptance testing with key stakeholders, and supporting email and in-app QA for the CRM team.

A background in web testing or development is advantageous and a path for a technical career shift is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience with web testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Experience testing websites utilizing responsive design.
• Knowledge of scrum and agile development frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Google Docs and related collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out tests in support of new experiences on sonos.com.
• Help the Site Production team diagnose issues in code or configuration.
• Ensure the final product meets experience requirements across devices and browsers.
