Job summary

Sonos is seeking an enthusiastic Ecommerce QA Assistant to join our Site Production team to inspect and monitor the quality and accuracy of the digital experiences we build before we publish those experiences for our customers.

You will work in an agile environment, supporting content developers, auditing and testing their work prior to release, and coordinating user acceptance testing with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deliver a high degree of accuracy and be detail-oriented.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new topics.
• Articulate and concise in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out tests on sonos.com experiences within an agile team.
• Assist in troubleshooting by drilling into issues in code or configurations.
• Ensure finished experiences meet requirements and perform well across devices and browsers.
