Dana-co LLC is seeking an Ecommerce Planning Manager in New York City to drive quarterly product buys, inventory planning, and Amazon FBA management across our DTC channels. You will analyze weekly selling performance and support financial forecasting and annual budget planning with advanced Excel and large data sets.

• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large data sets and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and planning tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place quarterly new product buys for DTC channels based on sales trends and inventory needs.
• Forecast and manage Amazon FBA inventory including replenishment and weeks of supply.
• Analyze weekly selling across all DTC businesses and digital marketplaces.
• Track sales, margin, AUR, units, inventory and sell-through.
• Support monthly/quarterly reforecasts and annual budgeting.
