Job summary

Merchology, a family-owned eCommerce retailer, is seeking a MerchStore Specialist to join the marketing team for a temporary period from September through December 31, 2026, at our Plymouth, MN HQ. You will build and support custom MerchStores for our customers, coordinate with Art and Marketing teams, and document new processes to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and focus on customer experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.
• Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter with creative problem solving.
• Ability to work in-person and remotely in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Art team to organize and deliver art files for logos and designs.
• Answer store setup questions related to artwork and product selections.
• Create documentation for updated MerchStore experiences with Marketing, Customer Success, and Art teams.
• Document learnings, gaps, and recurring questions to improve procedures.
• Help build custom MerchStores following processes and brand standards.
• Communicate with customers about documentation and billing for their stores.
