Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Early & Emerging Talent Program Recruiter to lead recruitment and program support for the MBA Associate Program and flagship talent programs. The role focuses on full lifecycle recruitment, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable talent pipelines in a Hybrid, Boston-area setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience leading high-visibility talent programs and managing partnerships with senior stakeholders.
Strong project management, organizational skills, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MBA Associate Program recruitment strategy and execution.
Build and maintain university partnerships and participation in campus events.
Manage candidate attraction, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
Provide executive-ready updates on program progress and outcomes.
Drive program metrics, conversion forecasting, and pipeline health.
